Brain masala (Maghaz fry) is very tasty food.This dish is very spicy and yummy. This recipe I teach you I make this recipe in my home.
Brain masala (Maghaz fry)
- 1 Mutton brain
- 1 Small Onion chopped
- Coriander chopped
- 2 Green chili chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- 1 pinch Salt or according to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- In a frying pan heat oil and add onion and fry them until brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and mix well.
- Add mutton brain and fry them 5 minutes until changes colour.
- Now add spices like turmeric powder,salt,red chili powder and fry them 1 minutes until oil separates.and then add chopped coriander leaves,chopped green chili maghaz fry is ready.
