Brain masala (Maghaz fry) this is the very tasty food.this dish is very spics and yummy.this recipe i teach you i make this recipe in my home.

Ingredients

  • Mutton brain 1

  • Onion small chopped 1

  • Coriander chopped

  • Green chili chopped 2

  • Turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Salt 1 pinch according to taste

  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 4 tbsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • In a frying pan heat oil and add onion and fry them until brown.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add mutton brain and fry them 5 minutes until changes colour.
  • Now add spices like turmeric powder,salt,red chili powder and fry them 1 minutes until oil separates.and then add chopped coriander leaves,chopped green chili maghaz fry is ready.
