Ingredients

  • Egg 2

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Capsicum 1 chopped

  • Onion 1 chopped

  • Tomatoes 1 chopped

  • Cheese grated

Directions

  • Chop the veggies.
  • Take a bowl,egg,black pepper powder,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and whisk well.
  • In a frying pan heat oil and add veggies and fry them until colour changes.
  • Now add egg mixture and spread it.cover and cook on low flame for 1 minutes,flip and cook other side until done spread grated cheese as desired.
  • Fold the omelette and cook on a low heat until the cheese melts.
  • Serve cheese omelette with bread.
