Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Capsicum 1 chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Tomatoes 1 chopped
- Chop the veggies.
- Take a bowl,egg,black pepper powder,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and whisk well.
- In a frying pan heat oil and add veggies and fry them until colour changes.
- Now add egg mixture and spread it.cover and cook on low flame for 1 minutes,flip and cook other side until done spread grated cheese as desired.
- Fold the omelette and cook on a low heat until the cheese melts.
- Serve cheese omelette with bread.
