Chicken julienne cut 250 gm
Rice basmati 1/2 kg (boiled)
Capsicum julienne cut 1 large
Cabbage julienne cut 3/4 cup
Carrot julienne cut 2 medium
Spring onion with green chopped 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Egg (whisked) 2
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp according to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 and 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil 1/8 cup
- Heat a pan add oil when the oil is hot add the eggs,mix well and cook until crumbled and set aside.
- In the pot,add oil,garlic and fry until light brown.
- Add chicken and mix well until it change colour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add carrot,cabbage,capsicum,onion and mix well until it change colour.
- Add salt,sugar and mix well.
- Add boiled rice and mix well.
- Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder,vinegar,soy sauce and mix well.
- And then add eggs and mix well.
- Dish out the chicken fried rice and serve hot.
