  • Chicken julienne cut 250 gm

  • Rice basmati 1/2 kg (boiled)

  • Capsicum julienne cut 1 large

  • Cabbage julienne cut 3/4 cup

  • Carrot julienne cut 2 medium

  • Spring onion with green chopped 1/2 cup

  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp

  • Egg (whisked) 2

  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp according to taste

  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • Vinegar 2 tsp

  • Soy sauce 1 and 1/4 tsp

  • Cooking oil 1/8 cup


  • Heat a pan add oil when the oil is hot add the eggs,mix well and cook until crumbled and set aside.
  • In the pot,add oil,garlic and fry until light brown.
  • Add chicken and mix well until it change colour and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add carrot,cabbage,capsicum,onion and mix well until it change colour.
  • Add salt,sugar and mix well.
  • Add boiled rice and mix well.
  • Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder,vinegar,soy sauce and mix well.
  • And then add eggs and mix well.
  • Dish out the chicken fried rice and serve hot.
