Ingredients

  • 250 gram Chicken julienne
  • 1/2 kg Rice basmati (boiled)
  • 1 Large Capsicum julienne cut
  • 3/4 Cup Cabbage julienne cut
  • 2 Medium Carrot julienne cut
  • 1/2 Cup Spring onion with green chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1
  • 2 Egg (whisked)
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 & 1/4 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/8 Cup Cooking oil

Instructions

  • Heat a pan add oil when the oil is hot add the eggs,mix well and cook until crumbled and set aside.
  • In the pot,add oil,garlic and fry until light brown.
  • Add chicken and mix well until it change colour and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add carrot,cabbage,capsicum,onion and mix well until it change colour.
  • Add salt,sugar and mix well.
  • Add boiled rice and mix well.
  • Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder,vinegar,soy sauce and mix well.
  • And then add eggs and mix well.
  • Dish out the chicken fried rice and serve hot.
