Fried rice is delicious and quick meal loaded with chicken,fresh veggies with spices.
Chicken Fried Rice
- 250 gram Chicken julienne
- 1/2 kg Rice basmati (boiled)
- 1 Large Capsicum julienne cut
- 3/4 Cup Cabbage julienne cut
- 2 Medium Carrot julienne cut
- 1/2 Cup Spring onion with green chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1
- 2 Egg (whisked)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt according to taste
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 & 1/4 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/8 Cup Cooking oil
- Heat a pan add oil when the oil is hot add the eggs,mix well and cook until crumbled and set aside.
- In the pot,add oil,garlic and fry until light brown.
- Add chicken and mix well until it change colour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add carrot,cabbage,capsicum,onion and mix well until it change colour.
- Add salt,sugar and mix well.
- Add boiled rice and mix well.
- Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder,vinegar,soy sauce and mix well.
- And then add eggs and mix well.
- Dish out the chicken fried rice and serve hot.
