Need Ingredients

1.Milk-To make this doodh dulari ,use full cream milk,as it result in creamy.

2-Corn Flour-A corn flour make is this doodh dulari creamy and rich.

3.Sugar-You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste.

4.Dry Fruit-Dry fruit give a very crunch to this dessert.

I have added only pistachios.

5.Colored Vermicelli-To make doodh dulari,you will need colored vermicelli.

  • 1 litre Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Colorful vermicelli
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Cup Mix Fruit cocktail
  • 1 Packet Chilled Cream
  • Red jelly as you required
  • 12 Small chum chum
  • Pistachio chopped


  • In pot,add milk and boiled it and then add sugar and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Add colorful vermicelli,mix well and cook on low flame for 8 minutes.
  • Take a bowl and add corn flour dissolved with some milk.
  • Gradually add dissolve corn flour,mix well and cook until it thickens.let it cool down.
  • Add cream and give it a good mix.
  • Add fruit cocktail and mix well.
  • In serving bowl,add jelly cubes,chum chum,doodh dulari and garnish with chum chum,jelly cubes,and pistachios.
