Chilled milk 2 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Ice cream syrup 6 tsp
pistachios sliced (pista) 1/8 cup
Basil seeds 1/8 cup (tukmaria)
Directions
- In bowl,add basil seed and soak in water for 20 minutes.
- Take a jug,add chilled milk,ice cream syrup,sugar,cardamom powder,tukmaria,pistachios and mix well.
- In glass add milk sharbat and serve.
