It is a popular summer treat which is delicious combination of rose syrup,chilled milk,cardamom powder,sugar,ice cubes,almond and pistachios.

  • 2 Cup Chilled milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Rose water 
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp Rooh afza as required
  • 1 Cup Ice cubes 
  • 8-10 Almond sliced
  • 8-10 Pistachios sliced


  • In a blender jar,add milk,sugar,rose water,cardamom powder,rooh afza and ice cubes and blend mix it well.
  • Now add almond and pistachios mix well.
  • In glass add milk sharbat and serve.
