Peshawari Mutton karahi is an authentic Indian and Pakistan dish made using mutton and lots of spices.It is mutton cooked in an tomato,yogurt based gravy.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Mutton mix boti
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- 10-12 Tomatoes peeled
- 1/4+1/4 Cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Salt according to taste
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Whole spices powder
- 2 tbsp Dried fenugreek
- 1/2 Cup Cooking oilÂ
- 3-4 Cup Water
Garnishing:
- Green chili
- Julian ginger
- Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot and add mutton piece fry until the mutton changes colour.
- Add ginger,garlic paste and mix well for 1 minutes.
- Add beaten yogurt,red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well until oil separates.
- And the add tomatoes and water,cover and cook on low flame until meat is tender (30 minutes).
- Now add black pepper powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and whole spices powder,mix well and cook until oil separates.
- And then add green chili,dried fenugreek and cook for few minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and ginger.
- Serve with naan.
