Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Potato boiled peeled and mashed
  • 1/8 Cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Green chili paste
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Bread slices 6
  • Butter

Instructions

  • In a bowl,add potatoes mash well.add onion,red chili powder,salt,cumin powder,coriander powder and mix well.
  • Now take 2 slices of bread and spread 1 tbsp tomatoes ketchup,few green chili paste,and 1 tbsp mayonnaise on each slices of bread also,place prepared potato mixture.
  • Cover with another slices of bread and press gently.
  • Grill the sandwich with butter on both side.
  • Serve with tomatoes ketchup.
