Ingredients

  • Semolina 1/3 cup

  • Milk 1/2 kg

  • Milk powder 7 tbsp

  • Sugar 1/8 cup

  • Water 1 cup

  • Cardomom powder 1 tsp

  • Garnish for:

  • Almond chopped

  • pista chopped

Directions

  • Add milk in a deep pot heat on medium to high flame.bring the milk to a boil.
  • Add cardomom powder now gradually add milk powder are mix it well cook for 2 minutes.
  • And then add suji and water.cook for 10 minutes.
  • Kheer is thick continuously. remove the heat let it cool down.
  • Now bowl put kheer and spread the chopped almond of all side.
  • Delicious kheer is ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can use condensed milk this recipe.
