Semolina (Sooji) kheer Recipe
- 1/3 Cup Semolina
- 1/2 Kg Milk
- 7 tbsp Milk powder
- 1/8 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Cardomom powder
- Almond chopped
- pista chopped
- Add milk in a deep pot heat on medium to high flame.bring the milk to a boil.
- Add cardomom powder now gradually add milk powder are mix it well cook for 2 minutes.
- And then add suji and water.cook for 10 minutes.
- Kheer is thick continuously. remove the heat let it cool down.
- Now bowl put kheer and spread the chopped almond of all side.
- Delicious kheer is ready to serve.
- You can use condensed milk this recipe.
