Ingredients
Dough ingredients:
All-purpose flour 2 cup
Instant yeast 1 tsp
powder sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Milk powder 2 tsp
Melted butter 2 tbsp
Lukewarm water to knead
Stuffing ingredients:
Chicken boiled shredded 1 cup
potatoes 1 cup julian cut
Capsicum half cup julian cut
pizza sauce half cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Sesame seed
Egg beaten 1
Cooking oil 1/2 cup
Directions
- In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,sugar,yeast,milk powder and mix well.
- Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is soft.
- Add melted butter and knead it well for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly grease bowl and cover with a plastic wrap.and leave the dough for 1 hour in a (warm place).
- Stuffing preparataion:
- In frying pan add oil and potatoes fry until change colour.and then add capsicum,chicken shredded,and add pizza sauce,black pepper,salt,red chili powder and mix well.chicken stuffing is ready.
- Assembling:
- Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a countertop.knead dough again.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal part.roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with the help of rolling pan.place the stuffing in the dough.and fold all the corner and seal the edges.
- place all the stuffing dough in a grease baking tray and give a egg wash to the roll and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
- Bake in preheat oven to 180 c bake the roll for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Stuffing roll is ready.
